Hi, I’m Chris.
About Chris
Chris is a lifelong student of both science and the human spirit.
Over a 9 year academic career he received three advanced degrees. Over an 18-year career, he treated more than 200,000 patients.
This has allowed him to understand human relationships and needs through a holistic lens.
During his 14-year marriage, Chris raised two biological boys and a one-year-old girl whose biological father had passed away.
This has profoundly shaped his understanding of love, compassion, safety, and fatherhood.
Throughout those years, Chris also bred Olympic-level dressage horses on his ranches, developing a deep appreciation for intuition, trust, and nonverbal communication.
After his divorce in 2018 and stepping away from his practice in 2021 Chris began a new chapter of healing and self-discovery.
He found peace and purpose in training dogs, a pursuit that reconnected him to his natural ability to create trust and safety through presence, patience, and empathy. That experience became the bridge to his true calling, relationship and life coaching, where he now integrates decades of academic, clinical and personal experience in his coaching program.
Today, Chris helps others evolve into secure, grounded, authentic versions of themselves, capable of leading, loving, and living with clarity, integrity and purpose. His work is rooted in emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, and the belief that true healing begins with understanding ourselves.
My Approach
Chris’s approach is practice-based and authenticity-centered. Instead of labels or diagnosis, he maps patterns and attachment dynamics in plain language, then teaches simple, repeatable skills you can use immediately. The work blends integrated attachment with nervous-system regulation—so your body feels safe enough to show up as your true self in real life.
Lifestyle is part of the method, not an afterthought. You’ll align basics like eating enough, sleep, and movement to stabilize energy and reduce reactivity, while learning clear communication and boundary scripts. The result: less spiraling, more calm choice, and consistent follow-through that actually feels like you.
